NCLS Research has decades of experience in national surveys, using paper and online tools. To conduct survey research, involves addressing the research aim, method, analysis approach and reporting.
Our most well known national surveys include the National Church Life Survey and the Australian Community Survey.
NCLS Research runs the 5 yearly ‘National Church Life Survey’.
Involving hundreds of thousands of churchgoers and thousands of churches and leaders, across more than 20 denominations each cycle, the Australian NCLS is the largest longitudinal study of church life in the world.
NCLS Research aims to provide a picture of social attitudes, spirituality, religion and wellbeing in Australian communities.
To this end, Australian Community Surveys have been conducted by NCLS Research and partners in 1998, 2002, 2009, 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2024.
